Ocean To Ocean è un singolo promozionale della colonna sonora di Aquaman, film della DC Comics trasmesso nei cinema italiani dal 1° gennaio 2018.
Anche se non si tratta del singolo portante della soundtrack, Pitbull è sempre Pitbull e questo pezzo è secondo me niente male.
Potremmo considerare la canzone il remix (alla Pitbull) di “Africa” dei Toto, fortunato singolo del gruppo rock californiano rilasciato nel lontano 1982, che ultimamente sembra essere tornato di moda.
Il rapper ci ha ovviamente messo il suo zampino con le sue tre strofe originali, mentre il ritornello interpretato da Rhea, resta dal punto di vista lirico immutato.
Nonostante vi sia gente che storce il naso, accusando il rapper di aver rovinato la magia del pezzo originale, il brano non è a parer mio così brutto. Ma giudicate voi ascoltandolo.
