Shell Shocked è il titolo del nuovo singolo dei rapper Juicy J, Wiz Khalifa e Ty Dolla $ign, con la produzione di Madsonik e del producer statunitense Kill The Noise.
Questa canzone sarà inclusa nella colonna sonora del film Tartarughe Ninja (titolo originale Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), pellicola diretta da Jonathan Liebesman che vedrà protagonisti Megan Fox e Whoopi Goldberg, e che sarà distribuita nelle sale cinematografiche statunitensi a partire dall’8 agosto 2014, ed in quelle italiane a partire dal prossimo 18 settembre. La colonna sonora del nuovo capitolo della saga, sarà disponibile in tutti i negozi fisici e digitali dal 16 Settembre, ovvero due giorni prima dell’uscita del film nella penisola.
Il brano portante della soundtrack di cui parleremo prossimamente è proprio Shell Shocked, traccia accompagnata dal video ufficiale uscito nella pagina Youtube della Atlantic Records lo scorso 29 luglio. Il filmato propone spettacolari immagini del film, intervallate da quelle degli interpreti.

Nel brano il trio esalta il potere delle Tartarughe Ninja, soprattutto lo scudo delle loro corazze. Wiz Khalifa paragona la fratellanza a quella della Taylor Gang, label a cui appartengono i tre rapper, fondata proprio da Khalifa.
