Il 31enne artista londinese, il prossimo 16 settembre rilascerà ”Electric Soul”, il secondo album da solista, e la pubblicazione prevista per il prossimo 22 settembre, è stata anticipata da questo singolo, una ballad synth-pop di ottima fattura.

In rotazione radiofonica in Italia dal 18 luglio, il brano ha ispirato in Inghilterra il termine “Rave & B” per riuscire a descrivere le melodie, il ritmo ipnotico e ampio della produzione trascinata dal suono dello steel pan, suono che Roudette descrive come una scoperta nella sua produzione “Ho provato per 10 anni ad incorporare il mio strumento preferito nella mia musica cercando di creare un vero e proprio inno uptempo. Band come i XX e i Ninetoes mi hanno ispirato a non mollare il colpo e finalmente ho raggiunto il mio risultato” ha detto Roudette.
