On the Rocks è il titolo del nuovo singolo della cantante statunitense Nicole Scherzinger, secondo estratto dal secondo studio album da solista ancora senza titolo e release date Big Fat Lie.
Fresca di contratto con RCA e Sony, l’artista ha prima rilasciato il singolo Your Love, che purtroppo per lei non ha lasciato il segno nelle classifiche, ottenendo come miglior risultato il secondo posto in Gran Bretagna.
In data 26 agosto 2014, è stato inserito nel suo canale Youtube l’audio ufficiale, con una copertina in stile tropicale molto simile a quella del primo estratto.
Dopo il primo flop la cantante ci riprova con questa ballata, prodotta da The Dream e Tricky Stewart, ovvero i produttori esecutivi del secondo progetto discografico da solista di Nicole.
Il singolo ha indubbiamente le sue potenzialità e se promosso a dovere, potrebbe donare all’interprete delle soddisfazioni. On the Rocks sarà pubblicato su iTunes UK il prossimo 12 ottobre.
